RotaDyne is one of the largest manufacturers of rollers and related products for industrial & printing applications in the world. Beginning in 1908, RotaDyne has grown into several groups of manufacturing companies serving diverse markets around the world.

 

RotaDyne’s Roll Division is the largest rubber and polyurethane roll manufacturing company in the Americas. RotaDyne’s Roll Division has 21 manufacturing facilities strategically located in all major markets including the US, UK, Germany, Canada, Mexico, Colombia, Lebanon, and Argentina. The Roll Division serves a large and diverse market. Printing, textile, metals, wool, plastics, and agriculture are some of the major industries that use polymeric roller coverings in their manufacturing processes.

 

The Advanced Graphics Division engineers and produces copper, chrome, nylon, and ceramic coated rolls for the offset printing market. This division produces Polydamp & Hydrochrome for superior water control, and the oscillating AirFlex, and Powerflex to eliminate ghosting problems. This group also specializes in the production of high voltage charging systems (ESA) for gravure printing. Recently, this group has diversified into the manufacture of coated sleeves for industrial & printing applications.

 

The Engineered Products Division develops and manufactures rollers and roller assemblies for both the high volume office imaging and digital printing markets.

 

The International Printing Technologies Division manufactures rubber coated offset printing blankets. Blankets are manufactured to customer specifications in 2,3,4, & 5 ply, cast or buff finish, and compressible or conventional.

 

The Precision Machining Division manufactures cores and bases for the Roll Group and OEM press manufacturers. This division offers dynamic balancing and deflection analysis services as well.

 

RotaDyne has 2 Elastomer Plants located in the US. These plants develop and produce rubber and other elsatomeric compounds for both the printing and industrial markets. The Elastomer Processing Division has over 5000 proprietary compounds available for sale internally to RotaDyne’s Roll Group and to external customers.

 

With 38 manufacturing locations worldwide, 4 specialized R&D locations, internal production of key raw materials such as rubber and cores, RotaDyne can offer the broadest array of products and services to both industrial and printing industries.
